If a product or service is free or purchased for commercial purposes, then you cannot approach the Consumer Court, hence not considered as a consumer.

It is good to hire a lawyer in cases where the value is high or where the complaint is of a very serious nature, such as medical negligence. Consumer lawyers are experienced in handling these cases and know how to file complaints in court, so they can help you put together a tight case against the offender.

There are no such metrics as defined by the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. However, a reasonable amount is always expected to be claimed as compensation, along with the justification as to why such an amount is being claimed.

Once the notice is sent to the vendor and there is no response within the time prescribed or if the vendor rejects the notice, then an online complaint can be filed at https://www.meraprofit.com//file-consumer-complaint

The court expects you to try and resolve the dispute before approaching them. Hence, the legal notice serves as proof of this. The notice is given to the concerned party and then there is a waiting period of 15 days before filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum.

  • The user submits a Complaint or a Feedback.
  • Our team analyzes and reviews the case.
  • The feedback/complaint is addressed and the response is drafted.
  • The Complaint is marked as resolved once the User/Applicant is satisfied.

Our Team at MERAPROFIT understands the need of getting in touch with all our Users/Applicants. Thus we have a structured way of handling your Feedbacks and Consumer Complaints. The Online Consumer Complaint raised is transferred to the Concerned Department for Customer Grievance redressal.

The Response to the User/Applicant is shared on the basis of the Report either telephonically or via E-mail communication
Once the User/Applicant is satisfied with the Concerns the Complaint is marked as resolved

Once the Feedback or Consumer Complaint is lodged on MERAPROFIT’s Online Complaint Forum, the concerned team will Contact you telephonically or Via E-mail Communication as per case to case basis.

MERAPROFIT makes sure to acknowledge the payment as soon as it is processed against any Service or Application but in a technical world where a lot depends on various factors such as Internet Speed, Compatible Windows and Computers at User end or even the Web Browser being used, such factors may hinder in getting the acknowledgement immediately. Although MERAPROFIT makes it a priority to keep checking for such case and acknowledge them by ourselves, we request our Users/Applicants to immediately inform us in case of non-receipt of acknowledgement on support@meraprofit.com or Contact us at +91-888-292-7656 (Monday to Friday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Our team would be happy to help and send you the acknowledgement on priority basis.

All services rendered by the Company are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes, but it not limited to, setup fees, monthly fees, upgrade fees and professional services fees. If your services/account are cancelled by the company for violation of this Agreement or the attached Acceptable Use Policy, all payments made to the Company become completely non-refundable. Customer agrees not to chargeback any payments via Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/ Direct Transfer or any other form of payment for services rendered. In the event of a customer filing a chargeback or other payment disputes, they will be considered to violate this agreement and may be subject to collection action.

We at MERAPROFIT believe in providing the best of the Services to our Users/Applicants at the most affordable rates, however In case of a Duplicate Payment by the User, we are more than Happy to Initiate the refund of the Application once a Written communication regarding the Duplicate Payment is received and our team is able to verify the Duplicate payment. Refund may take 7-10 working days to be credited to the User/Applicant.

MERAPROFIT feels the website is quite clear and explanatory and there are minimum chances of wrongly applying for any particular service/application. However our team would cater to all your queries and requests as per case to case basis and will guide you to change the Category of Service as and when required.
